We Didn't Learn This
in a Classroom
Two siblings. Two industries. Both built from scratch with real money, real stakes, and real failures. The Warwick Academy is what we wish existed when we started.
James Warwick
James Warwick is a British entrepreneur based in Miami who built a premium vodka company in Spain from absolutely nothing to €8 million in annual revenue. At its peak, the company employed over 40 people and distributed across three countries.
The growth wasn't theoretical — it was built deal by deal, market by market, through relentless execution. James personally led sales, negotiation, distribution strategy, brand development, and international expansion. He scaled from a single product to a full portfolio and from one country to three — managing the complexity that comes with multinational operations, VAT compliance, supply chain logistics, and team building across cultures.
Then the Spanish tax authority illegally shut the business down. Years of work, a team of 40+ people, €8M in revenue — disrupted by a government body acting outside the law. It was the kind of failure that ends most entrepreneurs.
James rebuilt. He moved forward. He took every lesson from that experience — what worked, what didn't, what he'd never do again — and turned it into frameworks that other founders could actually use. Not motivation. Not theory. Real operational knowledge from someone who has been in the trenches.
Today, James teaches business strategy, scaling, negotiation, and resilience through The Warwick Academy. His courses and digital products are designed for founders who want to skip the expensive mistakes and build something that lasts.
Louisa Warwick
Louisa Warwick is a former professional model, NYU graduate, agency founder, and media strategist based in Miami. She was represented by two of the most prestigious agencies in the world — Wilhelmina and Elite Model Management — and walked New York Fashion Week over 20 times.
Her modelling portfolio includes campaigns and editorial work for Calvin Klein, Dior Beauty, Guess, and Bare Minerals. She appeared in Harper's Bazaar and Maxim, and was featured on Britain's Next Top Model. She didn't just walk runways — she built a brand.
Louisa holds a degree in Sports Management from NYU — one of the most competitive programmes in the country. That combination of creative industry experience and business education became the foundation for everything she built next.
She founded Social Acceleration Group — a full-service marketing, advertising, and PR agency with clients including Alo Yoga and Solstice Sunglasses. Her agency has secured placements in the New York Times, Forbes, Harper's Bazaar, BBC, Business Insider, Daily Mail, E! News, and Maxim USA.
She then co-founded Inferno Agency, a talent management company for creators, influencers, and models, alongside Andy Michael — a Wharton School graduate who finished first in his class. Together, they represent some of the most dynamic creators in the industry.
Louisa also owns Muzique Magazine, adding publishing to her portfolio of businesses in media, talent, and brand-building.
At The Warwick Academy, Louisa teaches PR, media strategy, the creator economy, brand partnerships, and how to turn a personal brand into a lasting business.
